This is the 2nd part of the tutorial Modeling Digital Communication Systems using Simulink. In this tutorial we show how you can generate multiple sinusoid signal from the sine wave block. For illustration purpose we will just use two sinusoid of frequencies 1 and 10Hz but you can set any number of sinusoid.

Below is the simulink model of the previous tutorial Modeling digital communication systems using Simulink.

Here we had set the sine wave block such that the signal is time based signal with amplitude of 1 and frequency of 1Hz. Now we can produce two sinousoid signal just by specifying the frequency in square bracket or vector like [1 10] for frequencies 1Hz and 10Hz.

Now if you observe the scope you will see two sinusoid.

In similar manner you can set multiple frequencies as vector [1 10 40 43] in the frequency field of the Sine Wave block.
